27th Naval Higher Command course inaugurated

Governor of Goa Mridula Sinha, on Tuesday, inaugurated the 27th Naval Higher Command course at Naval War College at INS Mandovi, Verem, in north Goa.

Ms. Sinha said the recent recognition of Naval War College as a Ph.D. centre was a step towards achieving professional and academic excellence.

The Governor complimented INS Mandovi for maintaining a “clean and green” base, thus setting an example for the rest of Goa.

Commandant of Naval War College, Rear Admiral Mohanty Khanna, Deputy Commandant Commodore Vishwanath, and Commanding Officer of INS Mandovi Capt. Sanjay D’Cunha were present.
