Joint Collector M. Girija Shankar held discussions with representatives of fishermen associations and Brandix company on the demands of Pudimadaka fishermen at his chambers on Tuesday. He said that the Brandix company officials were ready to pay compensation immediately and advised the fishermen against complicating the issue.
