Special trains will be operated to clear extra rush of passengers during the ensuing summer.
Train no.02807 Santragachchi- Chennai Central bi-weekly Jan Sadharan Super-fast express will leave Santragachchi on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 7 p.m. from April 1 to June 27 and arrive in Visakhapatnam on Thursdays and Sundays at 8.10 a.m. and leave at 8.30 a.m. to reach Chennai Central on the same days at 11.45 p.m.
In return direction, train No.02808 will leave Chennai Central on Fridays and Tuesdays at 7.55 a.m. from April 3 to June 29 and arrive in Visakhapatnam the same evening at 8.35 p.m. and leave at 8.55 p.m. to reach Santragachchi on the following days at 10.25 a.m.
The train no.08189 Tata Nagar-Visakhapatnam special express will leave Tata Nagar on Fridays from April 3 to 26 at 1 p.m. to reach Visakhapatnam on the next day at 4.40 a.m. In return direction the train No.08190 will leave Visakhapatnam on Saturdays from April 4 to June 27 (13 trips) at 5.45 p.m. and reach Tata Nagar on the next day at 10.45 a.m., according to Senior Divisional Commercial Manager of Waltair Division M. Yelvender Yadav.
Train no.02863 Howrah-Yesvantapur Premium special train will leave Howrah on Fridays from April 3 to June 26 (13trips) at 12.40 p.m. to reach Visakhapatnam on the next day in the early hours of Saturday at 2.10 a.m. and leave 2.30 a.m. to reach Yesvantapur the same day at 11.15 p.m. In return direction, train no.02864 will leave Yesvantapur on Sundays from April 5 to June 28 (13trips) at 10.45 a.m. to arrive in Visakhapatnam on the next day at 5.15 a.m. and leaves at 5.35 a.m. to reach Howrah the same day at 6.30 p.m.
Train no. 02853 Santragachhi (Howrah) – Ernakulam weekly Premium special express will leave Santragachhi on Saturdays from April 4 to June 27 at 5.30 p.m. to arrive in Visakhapatnam the next day at 6.10 a.m. and leaves at 6.30 a.m. to reach Ernakulam on Mondays at 6 a.m. In return direction, train no. 02854 will leave Ernakulam on Tuesdays from April 7 to June 30 at 8.50 a.m. to reach Visakhapatnam the next day at 8.25 a.m. and leave at 8.45 a.m. to reach Santragachhi (Howrah) the same day at 11 p.m.
