A special train no. 06150 from Chennai Egmore to Howrah, is expected to arrive in Visakhapatnam at 4.10 a.m. Dec 8 and leave at 4.30 p.m. The special train will halt at Vizianagaram (arrival 5.38 a.m., dep. 5.40 a.m.) and reach Howrah 8 p.m. the same day.
Special train no. 06151 from Howrah – Chennai Egmore Special will leave Howrah at 00.15 hours (midnight) on December 9 and will reach Vizianagram at 12.20 p.m. and leave at 12.25 p.m. to arrive in Visakhapatnam at 1.20 p.m. and leave at 1.50 p.m. to reach Chennai Egmore on 3.30 p.m. on December 10.
These trains stop at: Sullurpeta, Gudur, Nellore, Ongole, Tenali, Vijayawada, Rajamundry, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, Brahmapur, Khurda Road, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Bhadrak, Balasore and Kharagpur.
These trains will have: one 2{+n}{+d}AC, two 3{+r}{+d}AC, 12 Sleeper class and two second class sitting-cum-luggage coaches.
Divisional Railway Manager Chandralekha Mukherjee commissioned dedicated water supply facility to Visakhapatnam Railway Station here on Monday.
The station building, coach watering and drinking water on the platform will hereafter be supplied Godavari water. Hitherto the water supply to station building was being organised through pumping the mixed supply from open wells.
