Accompanied by his wife Bhuvaneswari, son and IT Minister N. Lokesh, brother-in-law and Hindupur MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna and his wife and other family members, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday offered prayers at the famous hill temple of Lord Venkateswara.

As usual, the Chief Minister preferred reaching the main temple through the Vaikuntham queue complex. On his arrival at the Mahadwaram, he was extended the traditional ‘Isti kapal’ temple honours by the priests and authorities and led into the sanctum sanctorum.

After the darshan, TTD Executive Officer A.K. Singhal explained him the advantages of the retractable roof being set up between the Dwajasthambham and Padikavili. Later, Mr. Naidu along with his family members visited the TTD Nitya Annadanam complex and served food to the pilgrims.
