ENC organises walk on Dolphin Hill

A health walk was organised to increase awareness on health issues and highlight the significance of physical activities among the Naval personnel and their families.

The walk, coordinated by the INS Circars of the Eastern Naval Command, was flagged off by Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief Eastern Naval Command Vice Admiral Satish Soni on the Dolphin Hill on Sunday.

Around 520 naval personnel, including their family members, participated in the event.

The route for the walk covered a distance of 5 km on Dolphin Hill.

The chief guest congratulated all participants and urged everyone to continue with regular walks and physical activities for maintaining a better health and physical wellbeing.
