Former MLA Vellampalli Srinivas will take over as the YSR Congress city president on Wednesday. He will take charge in the Gandhi Nagar office at noon. The post held by former MLA Vangaveeti Radhakrishna fell vacant after he was elevated to the State general secretary post.
