Union Minister of Science and Technology for State Y.S. Chowdary launched Malaxmi Property Ventures Pvt. Ltd., a real estate company of Malaxmi group, by releasing the company’s brochure here on Sunday.
On the occasion, the Minister said that mere hard work was not sufficient to reach the zenith and achieve set goals. One has to think out of the box. Innovative ideas were required to excel in any field, including business. Choosing the right path was of utmost importance in any business and the money comes as a ‘by product’, he said.
People should make use of their elected representatives in giving shape to their innovative ideas and business plans. The representatives were there to see that industry and business grows by leaps and bounds in the State, he said.“Instead of analysing the pros and cons of bifurcation, one should see it as an opportunity to develop this region. When I wanted to set up an industry 10 years ago, I didn’t find any reason except rail connectivity. Now, we should see the bifurcation as growth stimulator,” he said.
The company is into construction of residential and commercial properties. It is coming up with a residential complex at Nidamanuru near here. The company will take up projects worth of Rs. 100 crore in the capital region in the near future. The company is planning to construct about 100 flats in 2.3 acres of land. The maiden project is christened Sentosa, which means peace and tranquillity. The flats with space ranging between 2,450 sq.ft and 2,895 sq.ft will be ready by April, 2016, said company chairman Y. Harischandra Prasad.
