The Hindu’s Car Free Sunday programme has lightened up the morning walkers and kids who witnessed and took part in the weekly programme.

Kids who thronged the venue on service road not only had fun cycling and playing shuttle badminton and other games but also danced to popular numbers.

Singers Sunandha and Sumanth drew the attention of morning walkers, mostly senior citizens, by rending popular old melodies. They have also encouraged children to sing along and dance.

Children queued up to get a temporary tattoo at the kiosk run by a professional tattoo artist.

The programme was organised in association with Vignan Foundation for Science, Technology and Research, Guntur.
