Partial cancellation, regulation of trains

Southern Railway has announced partial cancellation of some trains and regulation of few others because of the work of removal of temporary girder for providing Limited Use Subway between Manapparai and Chettiapatti stations in the Tiruchi-Dindigul broad gauge section. The work would be taken up on Tuesday for which power and line block has been permitted for six hours from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Partial cancellation of trains: The Tirunelveli-Mayiladuthurai passenger (56822) will be partially cancelled between Dindigul and Tiruchi. The Mayiladuthurai-Tirunelveli passenger (56821) will be partially cancelled between Tiruchi and Dindigul. The train No. 56822 will return as train No. 56821 from Dindigul and train No. 56821 will return back from Tiruchi as 56822. Regulation/Delay: The Guruvayur – Chennai express (16128) will be regulated / delayed for 100 minutes at Dindigul.

The Nagercoil– Kacheguda Express (16354) will be regulated / delayed for 43 minutes at Dindigul. The Chennai – Guruvayur express (16127) will be regulated / delayed for 45 minutes at Kolatur, a Southern Railway press release here said.
