February 27, 2012 12:45 pm | Updated July 24, 2016 03:51 am IST - THIRUVANANTHAPURAM;

Candidates who could not appear for the examination conducted by the Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB) at the TD School, Alappuzha, on Sunday for various posts in the board following protest by Sree Narayana Youth Movement activists will be given another opportunity.

TDB president M. Rajagopalan Nair said the new dates would be worked out with the LBS who were entrusted with the conduct of the examination in 70 centres across the State. Deploring the incident, Mr. Nair said the recruitment process was being carried out in a transparent way. The TDB had also asked the government to order a probe into the incident, he said.
