Christ Nagar Higher Secondary School in the city will have a children’s film club soon under the aegis of the Satyajit Ray Film Society to mark the 62nd anniversary of his iconic film Pather Panchali . The anniversary was celebrated at the school with Speaker P. Sreeramakrishnan in attendance. The Speaker said Pather Panchali was a milestone not just in Indian cinema, but at the international level.
