Despite the jet lag and weariness from their eventful trip to Germany, the students from the Trivandrum International School, who were part of a student exchange programme, sat up straight, eyes sparkling while recounting their experiences.
Organised by the Goethe-Institute, Max Mueller Bhavan, and Robert Bosch Stiftung Foundation, the batch of 19 students, returned rather reluctantly on Saturday.
The school is partnering with the Herzog-Christoph Gymnasium School in Beilstein, Germany, as part of an exchange programme which focuses on ‘Old age care.’
The one-year project began in February with students initiating a study on the focus subject.
Nineteen students are involved in the project.
