Chairman of the Health standing committee G.R.Anil, ward councillor S.Satheeshkumar, project coordinator Sunilkumar and Fisheries Extension Officer Bindu were present on the occasion.
The project has been taken up under the Matsya Keralam scheme launched by the state government.
