Ministers Ramanath and baburao to arrive in Mangalore

Minister for Forests B. Ramanath Rai and Minister of Ports Baburao Chinchinasur will arrive in the city on Tuesday.

Mr. Rai will participate in the birth anniversary celebrations of former Chief minister Devaraj Urs to be held at the Zilla Panchayat auditorium at 10.30 a.m. He will then accept grievances and memoranda from citizens at his office at B.C. Road at 1 p.m. At 3 p.m., he will chair the development committee meeting of the Siddakatte Government Pre-University and First Grade College in Bantwal, said a release.

Mr. Chinchinasur would participate in a “Samudra Pooje” in Bokkapatna at 11 a.m., meet officials in the Port Office, Bunder, at 3 p.m., and inspect works of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) at 4 p.m., said a press release. He was expected to be in the city on Monday and all the engagements are now postponed to Tuesday.
