The Women In Public Sector Cell (WIPS) of Konkan Railway Corporation on Thursday celebrated International Women’s Day at Udupi. Devi Prabha Alva, Head of the Department of Commerce, St. Agnes College, Mangaluru and Steven George, Deputy Chief Medical Officer, KRCL, Udupi, inaugurated the event.
The WIPS Cell also conducted a cleanliness drive at Udupi railway station.
Cell’s executive committee members K. Sudha Krishnamurthy and Ranjini Padmanabhan were present.
