Prakash Menon, former military advisor, National Security Council Secretariat, New Delhi, has said that strategic communication between India and Pakistan would be the key to improving the relations between the two countries. He was speaking on ‘Indo-Pak relationship and economic prospects' at a function organised by Kerala Chamber of Commerce and industry here on Tuesday.
