Event manager Piyoosh, who was arrested on Friday on charge of supplying narcotic drugs, had tried to sell mixture of anti-depressant drugs, Viagra and headache tablets to his customers, the investigators said.
Prohibition and Excise (P&E) officials were taken aback when he told them that he had acquired drugs of three varieties and made mixture of them. Later, he added some liquid form and spread it on blotting paper.
After the blotting paper dries up, he would cut it into pieces and supply to his customers, the investigators said.
“Piyoosh got addicted to ganja during his engineering college days. Eventually, he started using drugs like LSD,” P&E Deputy Commissioner C. Vivekananda Reddy said.

Piyoosh allegedly gathered information related to drugs from Internet. “While members of the first narcotic drug module secured LSD by placing orders through the Dark Web, he approached drug suppliers on regular the net,” Mr. Reddy said.
He transferred money online to the drug supplier based in Germany and got the LSD blots through a courier agency. During interrogation, the accused confessed that many of his clients were teenagers. The officials collected details of the online communication he had with the drug suppliers.
