The lectures focussed on the theme, ‘Research your mind, Reboot your organisation and Reinvent your business’. Mr. Lee shared his experiences gained over two decades on human resources management to the participants.
Organisational goals
“Business leadership is not about leading or instructing employees to follow the leader, but about creating minds that travel towards organisational goals,” he said.
“Recruitment and rewards based on scores and performances gives only short-term benefits. To gain sincere employees in the long-term, recruitment should be based on knowledge score and on the mind-set of individuals,” he stated.
Among those present were CEO of Turbo Jet Engines Manish Awasthy and executive director of Vision Tek Radha Rani. The program was powered by the English business daily ‘The Hindu Business Line’, said a press release. The forum can be reached over mail at mbmfoff@gmail.com.
