Consequent to works related to the commissioning of a new route relay interlocking system at Tuglakabad near New Delhi, train no. 12861 Visakhapatnam-Hazrat Nizamuddin Link Dakshin Express leaving on May 8 has been cancelled. Likewise, no. 12862 Hazrat Nizamuddin-Visakhapatnam Express leaving on May 10 has also been cancelled, said a railway release.
Some trains have been partially cancelled/regulated/rescheduled due to a traffic block taken for weld renewal work between Gollapalli and Jadcherla on the Kacheguda- Dhone Section of Hyderabad division, for two months - from April 8 to June 9 - between 12 noon and 2.30 p.m.
Train no. 57474 Bodhan-Mahbubnagar passenger is partially cancelled between Balanagar and Mahbubnagar and will run back as train no. 57456 between Balanagar to Kacheguda, leaving at 3.07 p.m. No. 57456 Mahbubnagar-Kacheguda passenger is partially cancelled between Mahbubnagar and Balanagar.
Train no. 57426 Guntakal-Kacheguda is regulated for an hour between Dhone and Gollapalli, while train no. 57473 Kacheguda-Bodhan passenger is rescheduled to leave at 4.50 p.m., instead of 4.10 p.m.
On Thursdays during the period, train no. 12648 Hazrat Nizamuddin-Coimbatore Kongu Express will be regulated for 20 minutes at Gollapalli, while train no. 57474 Kacheguda-Bodhan passenger will leave on schedule at 4.10 p.m.
Ajmer Urs specials
For the convenience of pilgrims attending 803rd annual Urs festival at Ajmer, SCR will run eight specials from various destinations like Hyderabad, Kacheguda, Ongole and Machilipatnam to Ajmer and back.
Accordingly, train no. 07125 Hyderabad-Ajmer Urs special will depart Hyderabad on April 22 (Wednesday) at 3.15 p.m., arrive/depart Secunderabad at 3.40/3.45 a.m. and arrive Ajmer on April (Friday) at 6.15 a.m. On the return, train no. 07126 Ajmer-Hyderabad special will leave on April 27 (Monday) at 7 a.m., arrive/depart Secunderabad at 9.45/9.50 p.m. on April 28 and reach at 10.15 p.m. Train no. 07129 Kacheguda-Ajmer special will leave on April 23 at 7.30 p.m. (Thursday, and reach at 7 a.m. on April 25 (Saturday). On the return, train no. 07130 Ajmer-Kacheguda special will leave on April 28 (Tuesday) at 10 p.m. and reach on April 30 (Thursday) at 7.35 a.m.
No. 07227 Ongole-Ajmer special will leave on April 24 (Friday) at 8.40 a.m., arrive/depart Vijayawada at 12.10/12.25 p.m. and reach on April 25 (Saturday) at 11.40 p.m.
In the return direction, no. 07228 Ajmer-Ongole special will leave on April 29 (Wednesday) at 7.25 a.m., arrive/depart Vijayawada at 3.45/4.00 a.m. on May 1 and reach at 7.40 a.m. on May 1 (Friday).
