CCTVs to be installed at major work sites

Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) MD M. Dana Kishore on Saturday instructed his staff to install CCTV cameras at all major work sites and reservoirs for better monitoring and surveillance.

Work progress reviewed

He also reviewed the progress of construction of reservoirs under the Rs.1,900-crore HUDCO-aided water supply improvement and distribution network in the peripheral municipal circles.

Calling for agencies to expedite and complete the work as per the time schedules, he also urged the engineers concerned to monitor the progress of all the work and submit weekly reports to the head office.

Board ED M. Satyanarayana, Director (Ops) G. Rameshwar Rao, Director (Projects - 1), M. Yellaswamy, Director (Revenue) D. Sridhar Babu and other officials were present, a press release said.
