Skanda Sashti celebrations at Malai Mandir

The 68th year Skanda Sashti celebrations at the Uttara Swamimalai temple, popularly known as Malai Mandir, in South Delhi was celebrated at Sri Swaminatha Swami temple here on Sunday. The highlight of the celebrations was soorasamharam in the evening, which was witnessed by a large number of devotees.

The nine-day celebrations which began with Laksharchana to Sree Swaminatha Swami, veda gosham and other rituals will culminate with the celestial marriage of Devi Devasana and Lord Swaminatha Swami on November 19.
