About 50 units have displayed their capabilities and products at Jobcon 2015, a three-day event organised here by Coimbatore SIDCO Industrial Estate Manufacturers’ Association.

According to the association president M.V. Loganathan, the participants include 40 micro, small and medium-scale enterprises (MSMEs) located at SIDCO and nearby areas and 10 larger industries from different sectors – railways, automobiles, and valve components – and include the public sector enterprises.

The event is on from Friday at Sengappa Konar Kalyana Mandapam and over 2,000 visitors had walked in on the first day.

The event will facilitate interaction between the large industries and the vendor units and bring more business to the MSMEs here.
