The Tirupur Property Show-2013 under way at K.R.C. City Centre here is providing a platform for the people to come face-to-face with a wide range of property developers/ builders from Tirupur and in its hinterland under one roof.
The three-day event, organised by City Leaves Media Events Private Limited, would come to a close on Monday.
“Our main objective is to help the predominant migrant workforce in Tirupur industrial hub fulfil their dreams of having homes of their own by choosing cost-effective solutions from among a wide portfolio of property offers.
“Most of the people who have made Tirupur their ‘home away from home’ are presently staying in hired houses paying high rentals,” H. Krishna, director of City Leaves Media Events Private Limited, said.
The exhibitors at the fair were offering independent houses, flats and exquisite villas for people coming from different economic sectors of the society.
“Houses costing a few lakh of rupees, to plush villas valued at a few crores, are in the offing,” some of the builders pointed out.
The visitors could also see a lot of innovative furniture, floor as well as wall tiles and solar-powered gadgets at the fair arena. A full-fledged ‘solar power water pumping system’ meant for farmers was displayed at the event, providing a solution to the ‘power-deficit’ concerns of the agrarian community.
