Rarely do we come across someone who doesn't like pizza. We eat it when we don't have time for an elaborate meal. We want it when we haven't got lunch to office and we relish it after a long tiring day of work. And well, the kinds of pizzas on offer exceed the number of occasions we would want to have them. Adding to the exhaustive list of grilled pizza, deep-fried pizza, pepper paneer pizza, Chicago-style pizza and what not, is another improvised pizza called Anant's Nutty Pizza.

(To make the dough)
Add two tablespoons of lukewarm water to the yeast and dissolve it into a paste with your fingers. Add the remaining water and the sugar and stir to combine. Tip flour and salt into the bowl and add yeast mixture. Knead the dough for at least 10-15 min or till the dough comes together. Add oil and milk and mix for another four minutes until the dough is smooth and fluffy. Knead the dough for a couple more minutes, dusting with more flour when necessary. Shape the dough into a ball. Place the dough on a board and cover with a clean towel and leave in a warm, moisture-free place to prove for 10-15 minutes. Cut the dough into 100 gms portions and roll into balls. Cover with the towel and set aside on the floured board to rise for another 45 minutes. After proving spread the dough with a hand roller to make round pizza bases.
(Topping)
Spread the base with chocolate sauce after which spread the shaved chocolate liberally. Make small pieces of the brownies and spread over the pizza. Also add the walnuts. Spread the cheese over the pizza and bake till crust is golden brown and cheese has melted. Add two pinches of black pepper to the finished pizza and serve.
