Ingredients:
Lamb boti: 250 gm
Papaya paste:10 gm
Red chilly powder: 5 gm
Brown onion: 10 gm
Cashew nut: 10 gm
Garam masala: 5 gm
Saffron: 25 gm
Ghee: 300 ml
Salt: 5 gm
Cardamom: 2 gm
Cloves: 2 gm
Method :
Take lamb boti add papaya paste red chilly powder and make a smooth paste.
Make a smooth paste of brown onion, brown cashew nut, garam masala and salt.
Add the above paste to the lamb and mix together adding ghee and saffron water.
Smoke the mixture with green cardamom cloves and ghee.
Make galetts of the mixture and cook it on a hot plate till golden crisp
Serve it on a puff sheet and garnish with chat masala
