Best director : Bhuvan Rustagi and Hasneet Sethi of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Dept of Film and TV studies, New Delhi for Into the Haze

Best film : Maanas Mati directed by Rishabh Mishra of Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication, Pune

Special jury award to the film Girls Toilet by Vijayalakshmi and group of Children as Media producers

American film entries

Best director : Alexander Frank Gaylon of The University of Wisconsin, Madison for the film Lucky Boy

Best film:Signatures directed by Mathew Mckenna of the University of California, Berkeley
