Actor Bhavana weds Kannada producer Naveen

actor Bhavana got married to Kannada Producer Naveen in a traditional ceremony attended by close relatives and friends at Thiruvambadi Temple here on Monday morning.

The ceremony was followed by lunch and reception at Jawahar Convention Centre in the city. Her close family members and friends from the film industry including Ramya Nambeesan, Manju Warrier, Lena, Sayanora, Bhagyalakshmi, Shamna Kasim and Rachana Narayanankutty attended the function.

Another reception was held at Lulu Convention Centre in the evening.

Clad in a golden saree, matched with temple jewellery, Bhavana looked stunningly beautiful and happy. Celebrity make-up artiste Renju Renjimar groomed the bride. Naveen wore traditional veshti.

In a brief media address, Bhavana and Naveen thanked all who stood with them.

Earlier, teaser of Bhavana’s Mehendi ceremony released on social media had created a lot of buzz. Bhavana and Naveen got engaged in a private ceremony in March 2017.

Born as Karthika Menon, Bhavana took her screen name about 15 years ago when she made her debut.

The 31-year-old actor is best known for films like Nammal , Daivanamathil , Chronic Bachelor .

Her notable films in Tamil include Chithiram Pesuthadi (director Mysskin's debut film), Aarya, Deepavali, Jeyamkondaan and Veyil.
