“Moondram Ulaga Por”, an upcoming Tamil action-drama, is a story of an imaginary war between India and China, says its director Sugan Karthi. He said it was challenging to script the story.

“There have been so many war films, but seldom do they offer a solution to the problem. My film is an imaginative war story between India and China in 2025, and I have presented a solution (in the film) too,” Sugan told IANS .

“To script a fictional tale about a war was not easy. Even though it was fictional, I had to do my research to write the story to make it believable,” he said.

The film, which features Sunil Kumar and Akila Kishore in the lead, is in the final stages of shooting.
