Following a lavish inauguration on December 5, which had Varun Tej, Kodi Ramakrishna, Vamsi Paidipally and other notable names in entertainment present, the team at Zero Gravity remain a humble lot, revelling in their comfortable and trendy office space.

With a sibling team in Chennai, where the company originally started, Co-Founder Deepak Kolipaka and his team scoured the city for their perfect abode.
“We’d seen three or four places and one place we were about to finalise was way bigger and actually half-finished,” Deepak recalls, “But when we found this place, the location was perfect.” And indeed it is, the space sits on Road Number 2 in Banjara Hills, overlooking the flurry of traffic, be it cars or shoppers. The bright fuschia logo is a standout piece against the building, hinting at the vivid prettiness inside.
Managing Director Aditya Reddy shares, “When anyone walks into our office, we want them to feel like they can believe in us and that we can deliver,” in reference to the vibrant prints from past shoots they’ve done.
The basic foundation and planning came courtesy close friends and architects Sreesha and Pavithra, but the interiors were the team’s own personal touches. Remarkably, the space was pulled together in a span of 45 days and ready for move-in and client visits.
It’s the details...
Walking through Zero Gravity, clients can enjoy the various prints from shoots as they’re led to the spacious chic client room in the back which has stellar views of the street below. The room is set up with white lounge seating and, of course, various albums for perusal.
A spectrum of lights around the space present different levels of illumination, be it functional or ambient. The modern geometric fixtures add techie touches, complementing the black framed separators. Textured walls add an array of special effects to the space.
The separators, while organising the space, do not completely cut off the larger working areas for photographers and other employees, furthering the spirit of teamwork. After all 2,500 square feet isn’t the biggest space, so the team has been wise to not completely compartmentalise the space except for their Accounting teams and more private meeting rooms.
“We have a team of 24 people so far,” observes Aditya, “but come 2018, we’ll be adding a lot more people to our team, which is exciting.”
The recent busy wedding season in late November saw the team doing up to a dozen shoots in a single day, so it was always nice to come back to a comfortable and homey office after a long day — which is what anyone really needs.
