Sundaram Infotech inks pact with Italian firm for ERP support

Sundaram Infotech also inked a deal with a Sydney-based firm, to develop Business Intelligence solutions.

Sundaram Infotech Solutions, the IT subsidiary of city-based non-banking finance company Sundaram Finance, would provide its ERP support services to an unnamed Italy-based firm engaged in braking systems.

“The ERP support services that Sundaram Infotech will provide for the Italian company, is expected to help the company supply its products worldwide more quickly and efficiently,” a company release said .

However, the name of the Italian company has not been disclosed by Sundaram Infotech.

Similarly, Sundaram Infotech, strengthening its presence in Australia, also inked a deal with a Sydney-based firm, to develop Business Intelligence solutions.

Sundaram Infotech had opened a new office in Sharjah to expand its presence in the Middle East region, it said.

It develops vertically oriented Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions in Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution, Trading and Logistics, Automotive, New Seed (Agro) and Financial Services space.

The company offers Business Intelligence/Data Ware housing solutions, Web Site and Web Application development, among other things.

It also offers end-to-end multiple lending solutions to banking and financial services industry, the statement added.
