Anabond in JV with U.K. firm

Anabond Limited, a leading manufacturer of industrial adhesives and sealants, has entered into a joint venture with HS Butyl International, U.K., to manufacture butyl tapes. Butyl tapes find applications in automotive, prefab construction, aviation and energy segments.The joint venture agreement was inked here recently in the presence of the British Deputy High Commissioner in Chennai, Mike Nithavrianakis, the company said in a release.

Hampshire, U.K-based HS Butyl Limited is a second generation business that has a five decade experience in manufacturing butyl tapes, and in developing formulations for various applications.
