Third seeds Purav Raja and Divij Sharan fought their way past Alex Bolt and Thanasi Kokkinakis 6-2, 6-7(4), [10-6] in the quarterfinals of the €106,000 Challenger tennis tournament here.
The victory means Purav and Divij will now challenge second seeds, Leander Paes and Scott Lipsky in the semifinals.
In the $75,000 Challenger in Samarkand, Prajnesh Gunneswaran and Vishnu Vardhan beat the top seeds Hans Podlipnik-Castillo and Andrei Vasilevski 7-6(5), 3-6, [10-2] to make the final.
In the other semifinal, Ramkumar Ramanathan and Toshihide Matsui fell in straight sets to Laurynas Griegelis and Zdenek Kolar.
In the Heilbronn Challenger, Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan and Christopher Rungkat lost to top seeds Roman Jebavy and Antonio Sancic in the quarterfinals.
