Yuki’s ranking improves

Somdev Devvarman remained static on 109 but Yuki Bhambri jumped 21 places to 404 in the latest ATP singles ranking.

Yuki had reached the quarterfinals of the ITF Futures event here last week.

Meanwhile, Vishnu Vardhan also jumped 20 places to 362 in the singles ranking chart.

However, there was no change in the doubles rankings of Leander Paes (6) and Mahesh Bhupathi (7).

In the WTA charts, out of action Sania Mirza improved her singles ranking by one position (91) but lost 21 places in the doubles (73) chart.
