Murray to stay with coach Corretja for now

Andy Murray said he will remain with temporary coach Alex Corretja for the first half of 2011.

The former second-ranked Corretja took over the job after Murray split with Miles Maclagan in July.

In a statement released on Monday on his personal website, Murray said “The current coaching set-up, with both Alex Corretja and Dani Vallverdu, will continue into the first half of next year.”

Corretja, who was twice a finalist at the French Open, became a part-time coach of Murray in 2008, helping the Scottish player for the clay-court season that year.
