Arran Brown of South Africa emerged as the winner in the Gitanjali Tour de Delhi cyclothon here on Sunday.
The South African riders, the only professional group in the event, enjoyed performing on the flat track and operated as a team to lead the race placings comfortably. Malcolm Lange ended up just behind the winner to make it a 1-2 finish for the South African side.
Dutchman Berkenbosch Maint won the third position.
