England won the first Test by 31 runs and all expected India to fight back strongly in the second Test at Lords.
The first day's play was washed out without a ball being bowled. On the second day, England won the toss and asked India to bat first.
James Anderson took five wickets to skittle out India for 107 with a high score of 29 from Ravichandran Ashwin.
On the third day, India's Mohammed Shami took three wickets to put England on the backfoot. But Jonny Bairstow and Chris Woakes tired the Indian bowling attack and put on a 189 partnership for the sixth wicket. Jonny Bairstow was out for a well made 93 but Chris Woakes is still unbeaten on 120.
