Rahul Dravid has declined BCCI’s invitation to attend the India under-19 National Selection Committee meeting here on Friday because he has ceased to be the Head Coach of the team.

His 10-month contract expired on March 31, 2017.

But the former India captain is likely to be consulted by the chairman of the under-19 selection committee, Venkatesh Prasad.

The other members of the committee are Gyanendra Pandey and Rakesh Parikh.
