Wet condition delays start of 4th day’s play

Wet outfield condition has delayed the start of fourth day’s play of the second and final Test between India and South Africa here on Wednesday.

Overnight intermittent light showers have left the bowler’s run-up area and outfield slightly damp which forced the umpires to delay the start of the proceedings.

Super-sopper has been pressed into service to dry up the areas and the umpires are scheduled to carry out an inspection at 9.30 am.
