Two from Hyderabad die in accident near Armoor

Two persons were killed and one sustained severe injuries in an accident on National Highway No.44 at Perkit under Armoor police station limits early on Monday morning. The deceased were identified as Prasad Mukku (45) and Harsheet Rati (21). The injured young man Riteesh, 20, was admitted to a private hospital in Armoor.

The mishap took place when the victims travelling in Skoda car went out of control of the driver. Prasad, who was at the whee., hit a road divider resulting in the instantaneous death of the two. All the victims were residents of Himayatnagar and Ashoknagar in Hyderabad.

Prasad was running a career counseling development institute at Himayatnagar and Harsheet and Riteesh were his employees. They went to Nagpur on the institute’s work and met with the accident while coming back home. The accident happened due to rash driving when it was raining, according to K. Ravikumar, Circle Inspector of Police.

The bodies were shifted to Government Hospital, Armoor for post-mortem examination.
