‘TRS trying to destabilise TDP’

June 18, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:43 am IST - KHAMMAM:

The Telugu Desam (TDP) district president T. Brahmaiah has alleged that the TRS government was pursuing a political vendetta against his party’s elected representatives to weaken it for exposing the ‘misrule’ of the TRS regime.

Talking to newsmen along with the former MLC Potla Nageswara Rao here on Wednesday, Mr. Brahmaiah charged the State government with trying to implicate the TDP leaders in ‘false cases’ in a ‘dictatorial manner’.

Referring to the notice reportedly served on Sattupalli legislator S. Venkata Veeraiah of Telugu Desam Party by the ACB officials in Hyderabad, he alleged that the TDP leaders were being targeted by the TRS government with a view to destabilise the party.
