Six marks in lieu of errors in SSC maths paper

State government has decided to add six marks to the students of 10th class public examination in the Mathematics paper.

It was decided to add six marks in view of the errors in the Mathematics question paper. All the students who attempted those erroneous questions would be given six additional marks.

The Examination Department decided to add these marks under the ‘Add Score’ category. Instructions were issued to all the district spot valuation centres to this effect. It was decided to add 5.5 marks in Paper-I and half mark in Paper-II.

Telangana Mathematics Forum working president Tadvai Srinivas said that the errors in the Mathematics question paper was taken to the notice of Examination Department officials. He thanked the officials for taking a decision to do justice to the students.
