TSRTC Karimnagar regional manager Jeevan Prasad said that they had lost best performing driver Srinivas in the ghastly road mishap at the Kongadattu temple shrine ghat road on Tuesday.
Talking to The Hindu , the Regional Manager said that Jagtial depot driver Srinivas had availed only 11 leaves this year till date.
Independence Day honour
The deceased driver had achieved best Kilometers Per Litre (KMPL) awards on several occasions and recently he was also awarded during the Independence Day celebrations, he added.
The TSRTC official said that Srinivas had put in 20 years of service and had worked in Manthani, Metpally and Jagtial depots.
