Only 25 new COVID cases reported in Telangana

The State on Friday recorded only 25 fresh cases of COVID-19. With this, the total number of positive cases now stands at 7,91,309. No deaths were reported on the day.

As of Friday evening, there were 392 cases under treatment or isolation. The State tested as many as 16,839 samples, with the total number of samples tested thus far being 3,42,24,574. As many as 611 reports were awaited.

Of the new infections, 20 were reported in Greater Hyderabad limits, followed by one each in Karimnagar, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Nalgonda, Sangareddy, and Rangareddy districts.
