TRS MLC Mohammed Saleem took part in the ‘Ghusl-e-Kaba’ ceremony in the grand mosque at Makkah the other day. Mr. Saleem, who has gone for ‘umra’, had the opportunity to attend the ceremonial washing of the holy Kaba. Very few people are allowed in this ritual and according to Mr. Saleem, he is the only one from India to get this honour.
