Cheating case filed against Congress leader

A cheating case was registered against senior Congress leader Suresh Kumar Shetkar and three other family members at Narayanakhed police station on Monday. According to Sub-Inspector Sunil, the case was registered based on directions from the Judicial First Class Magistrate.

Some locals approached the court, alleging that they were cheated by family members of Suresh Kumar Shetkar, with a promise to sell plots, which were never handed over to them.

After examining the complaint, the court directed the police to register a cheating case.
