Errabelli finds fault with KCR

June 11, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:45 am IST - WARANGAL:

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has equal power on Hyderabad as K. Chandrasekhar Rao, said TDP legislator Errabelli Dayakar Rao.

Mr. Dayakar Rao, L. Ramana, R. Prakash Reddy and others said Mr. Naidu has power in all districts of Telangana as the president of the TDP that has mass public support. “Nobody can eliminate TDP and it has a strong support of people in Telangana,” Mr. Dayakar Rao said.

The TDP leaders wanted the law and order of Hyderabad to be under the control of the Governor.

The party had never bought MLAs of other parties as done by the ruling TRS party.

“The Telangana Chief Minister himself went round the residences of TDP legislators luring them with contracts, Minister posts and money. But, ACB had not booked cases against him,” Mr. Dayakar Rao alleged.

The arrest of legislator Revanth Reddy and subsequent developments in the case was intentional and conspiracy hatched by KCR and his party to mudsling TDP and its leader.

“When the case was being handled by ACB and how can the Ministers’ issue statements and how could the Home Minister, N. Narasimha Reddy, knew all about the case much in advance?,” he sought to know stating that those seeking resignation of Mr. Naidu should first ensure that the defectors, who joined the ruling party, resign and seek fresh mandate on its ticket.

Plea to people

Mr. Dayakar Rao urged people to launch a mass movement against KCR and ruling government that failed to keep up its promises and playing cheap politics.
