Consumer awareness programme

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Regional Office, Hyderabad, will hold a consumer awareness programme here on October 27.

According to a press release, the programme aims at spreading awareness among telecom consumers on their rights and privileges, besides the whole gamut of telecom services.

The representatives of all the telecom service providers, including BSNL, Airtel, Aircel, Idea, Telenor, R Com, Tata Tele and Vodafone will participate in the programme.

The programme will be held at Hotel Kaveri here at 3 p.m.
