TWAD engineers given training ahead of NE monsoon

As many as 20 teams formed to ensure uninterrupted water supply during ensuing Northeast

Ahead of the Northeast monsoon, Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board organised a training programme on Friday for 130 engineers across T.N.

They were coached on the expected damages to distribution system, how to establish communication, and ensuring quality of water during natural calamities.

TWAD has formed 20 teams that would function as Disaster Response team and ensure uninterrupted water supply during ensuing Northeast monsoon.
