Six more persons test positive for COVID-19 in Tamil Nadu

Six persons, including a passenger who returned from the United Arab Emirates, tested positive for COVID-19 in Tamil Nadu on Friday. There were two cases in Chennai and one each in Coimbatore, Krishnagiri and Ramanathapuram. Four persons were discharged after treatment. The State’s active caseload stood at 49 of which 10 were in Chennai. A total of 4,772 samples were tested in the State.
